Education system should proactively build entrepreneurial and vocational
capacities in students. When they come out of educational institution,
they should have the confidence to start small enterprises and also posses
the skill to do it. Above all the education system has to impart the spirit
that ‘we can do it’.

Dr. Abdul Kalam gave special audience to trustees of DEIS on 1st Feb 2005 at Pune. He gave his blessings and encouragement to DEIS when the trustees presented him with the Enterprise Education Concept Paper, as is seen in the photograph.

DEIS to prepare this Enterprise Education Web Portal.
